We start by making sure that our custom built windows are made to the exact specifications to meet your specific needs. The process begins with one of our sales reps answering any questions you may have in regards to the quantity of windows needed, delivery cost and the installation process.
Afterwards, a project manager will be assigned to handle all aspects of your project, including gathering important information, such as, window style, colors and any other specific customizations that we should know about.
Finally, you will receive a custom quote to approve. Once approved, this is when the process of creating drawings and more detailed specifications for your project begin. Please note: manufacturing lead times varies, depending on the scope of your project. Generally lead times could take between 4 and 8 weeks.
